Residency Days

Residency verification is required for incoming freshmen who will be attending Leyden in the 2017/18 school year, as well as returning students whose families have a lease, affidavit, or landlord form.  Letters have been mailed home with complete details.
 
Thursday, January 26
7:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
 
Saturday, January 28
8:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m.
 
Please enter through Entrance 2.   
 
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
 
Freshmen parents must provide:
Student's  birth certificate (either original or certified copy)
Parent/Guardian's Drivers License, State ID, or Passport
 
In addition, the following residency info is required:
 
One of the following:  Real Estate Tax Bill; Signed Lease; Mortgage/Title/Deed document or payment; Notarized Landlord Form; or Notarized Affidavit Form. 
 
AND 
 
Two of the following (current within the last 30 days):  Gas Bill; Electric Bill; Water/Sewer Bill; Phone Bill; Cable Bill; Vehicle Registration; Bank Statement; Public Aid Card; Medicaid Card; Food Stamp Card; Pay Check Stub; City Sticker Receipt.
 
Please note that INCOMPLETE DOCUMENTATION will prevent you from participating in Residency Verification. Only completed Residency Verification will allow you to complete the Online Registration/Payment which will take place at the end of April.
